The location was awesome and very convienent.
The late night meeting in the parking lot with the loud music and talking.
The cleaning staff was fabulous!!! These ladies went way above to help us with our room needs. The maintance guys were equally helpful in all aspects.
When we first checked in and went around to our room, the cleaning staff was helping direct us to our room, only the cleaning staff informed us that there was already someone staying in that room. So one of the cleaning staff went to the front to make certain she was correct in her statement. She asked me to come back into the lobby and get another room assigned to me. Our bathroom overflowed around 7:30 p.m. and we had used 2 of our 3 towels to clean the floor. I called down to the hotel lobby to ask for more towels but was told that the owner had taken the laundry key and that door was locked and we would have to wait until morning to get towels.
Night receptionist very unprofessional. Did not know the name of the manager and continued talking on her personal cellphone during our attempted check in. Could not find our reservations and did not care.
Cleanliness was very poor, as was condition of furniture and daily service. For instance, my tissue box ran out and was never replaced.
